How We Got Here
Lippe & Associates was founded by James Lippe after more than a decade practicing at larger firms in Dallas. He saw a gap: clients with real, complex legal needs who were being passed from associate to associate, never getting the senior-level attention their matters deserved.
He started the firm to do it differently — to build a practice where every client works directly with an experienced attorney, where preparation is non-negotiable, and where honest counsel is the standard, not the exception.
The firm's Colorado presence grew organically, as clients with business interests in both states needed counsel who could operate in both. Today, with offices in Dallas and Steamboat Springs, we serve clients across two states with the same standard of excellence.

Our Dallas office serves clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and throughout Texas. It is the firm's founding location and home to our litigation and business practice teams.
Steamboat Springs, Colorado
Our Steamboat Springs office serves clients across Routt County and throughout Colorado. It was established to serve clients with interests in both states and has grown into a full-service Colorado practice.
